EYESPACE CELEBRATES THIRD CONSECUTIVE JUNIOR DESIGN AWARD WIN FOR ROCK STAR
Multi award-winning B Corp eyewear supplier, Eyespace, is delighted to announce that its Rock Star children’s eyewear collection has won at the Junior Design Awards for the third consecutive year, with Robbie taking joint Silver in the Best Children’s Fashion Accessories Brand category at the 2026 awards.
This hat-trick of wins follows a Silver win in 2024 and Bronze in 2025, where the collection has been consistently celebrated for its unique balance of fashion-forward styling, durability, sustainability and technical innovation. To be recognised year after year in Junior Magazine’s prestigious awards, alongside some of the world’s most famous children’s brands, reflects the enduring strength of the collection and its consistent standing among the very best in children’s design.
Building on that success, Robbie impressed this year’s judges with its modern take on the classic aviator shape and its excellent fit for young wearers. Crafted from bio-based acetate, the frame features biodegradable demo lenses and a 180-degree flex hinge for enhanced durability, while the judging panel also praised the exceptional flexibility of frames across the wider Rock Star range.
Robbie leads a collection that has offered children’s eyewear blending confidence-building style and function for over a decade. Designed for children aged 5 to 16, Rock Star pairs bold colours, trend-led styling and exceptional comfort with a strong focus on correct paediatric fit, including helping to manage progressive myopia, to create eyewear that young wearers genuinely want to wear.
Alongside Robbie, the collection features standout styles such as Rory, a lightweight geometric metal frame in soft peach and gold, and Morgan, a contemporary blue design inspired by current eyewear trends. Together, these frames showcase Rock Star’s ability to balance fashion, comfort and functionality.
Now trusted by opticians in over 60 countries, Rock Star proudly represents Eyespace’s “Great British Design” ethos. As part of the company’s B Corp commitment, the range includes frames crafted from sustainable, eco-friendly materials, ensuring its youngest wearers can enjoy eyewear that is both responsible and stylish.
This latest win is a credit to the creativity, expertise and dedication of the Eyespace product team, who continue to push the boundaries of children’s eyewear design. It also reaffirms Eyespace’s mission to deliver innovative, high-quality and sustainable eyewear for the next generation.
